Bullistic Cricket Warranty Policy

Cricket Bats

Bullistic cricket bats are crafted from premium natural willow and cane. As these are natural materials, some level of wear and tear is expected with regular use. Repeated impact from cricket balls will naturally compress the willow over time. All Bullistic bats are professionally rolled and machine knocked-in before sale, meaning they are close to match ready. However, as every piece of willow is unique, we still recommend completing a short preparation period before full match use.

Before using your bat in a match, we recommend 2–3 light net sessions using older cricket balls. Gradually build up the intensity of your shots during these sessions. This allows the willow to settle and helps reduce the risk of premature damage while maximizing the life and performance of your Bullistic bat.

Bullistic Cricket provides a 3-month warranty on all cricket bats against manufacturing defects only. If a bat breaks due to a confirmed manufacturing fault (and shows no signs of misuse or improper care), Bullistic Cricket will replace the bat.

Warranty claims may be declined if Bullistic Cricket determines the bat has been damaged due to one or more of the following:

The bat has not been properly cared for or prepared before use.

Deliberate or careless damage. Use of poor-quality or unsuitable cricket balls.

Normal wear and tear from regular play.

Damage caused by mistimed shots.

Yorker damage to the toe of the bat.

Excessive bat tapping.

Water or moisture damage.

Improper storage conditions (excessively damp or dry environments).

Use against bowling machines.

For best results, we recommend applying light oil to the toe and shoulders when required and using a bat facing or protective sheet to extend the life of the bat.

Soft Goods

Bullistic Cricket soft goods (leg pads and gloves) carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Items may be replaced if there are split seams, faulty stitching, or other manufacturing faults, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Damage caused by general wear and tear, regular use, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

Kit Bags

Bullistic Cricket kit bags are covered by a 2-month warranty against manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered under warranty.

Other Products

Warranty claims on other Bullistic Cricket products will be assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.

Bullistic Cricket reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims before approval.
