At Bullistic Cricket, we want you to love your purchase every time. If something isn’t quite right, this policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for both online and in-store purchases.
Before returning any item, please contact us at bullistic_cricket@outlook.com we can assist you and process your return efficiently.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an item purchased from Bullistic, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
• Proof of Purchase - A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• Original Condition - Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new, saleable condition.
• Original Packaging - Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached and accessories included.
• Custom or Personalised Items - Items that are custom-made, personalised, altered, or modified (e.g., custom colours, embroidery, etc.) cannot be returned due to change of mind.
• Cricket Bats - For any bat faults, damage, or warranty queries, please refer to our Bat Warranty page.
• Shipping Costs - Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Restocking Fee - Some items may incur a restocking fee. If applicable, this will be advised when you contact us.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind on online purchases. Exchanges or store credit only.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
• Contact Us Immediately - Please reach out as soon as you discover the issue. We may request photos or additional details to help assess the fault.
• Your Entitlements - Depending on the assessment, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit.
• Assessment Process - All faulty items are examined by our team and may be forwarded to the manufacturer for further inspection.
• Wear & Tear Exclusions - Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Processing Your Return
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process it as follows:
• Exchanges - Replacement items will be shipped once your return is approved. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size or value of the new item.
• Store Credit - A digital gift card will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days after your return is approved.
• Refunds (Faulty Items Only) - Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been fully processed.
